One of the most critical ministries a missionary can be involved in is training believers to serve God in their own country among their own people. I have spent much time in such training in over 75 countries during the past 40 years. It has been my great privilege for several years to have part in the training of young people at Mount Hebron Bible Baptist Institute with Bro. Ashcraft and his team of missionaries. The training received there is truly of an independent, fundamental Baptist nature — maintaining high Christian standards and strong Baptist Distinctives. Instilled in each student is a passion for the winning of the lost to Christ. Support for this vital ministry will be well invested and bring eternal dividends.
